KENT, Ohio — Police in Kent had their hands full for Saturday night’s unofficial Halloween party.
Officers made a total of 43 arrests.
They say 29 people were charged with underage drinking. Six were arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated, and six for unlawful noise.
Two juveniles were among those arrested Saturday night.
