CLEVELAND – According to several sources, Johnny Manziel will start against Cincinnati on Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium.
The Heisman Trophy winner out of Texas A&M will replace Lakewood native Brian Hoyer under center.
Hoyer has thrown eight interceptions in the last four games, which Cleveland has gone 1-3, falling from first to last place in the AFC North.
