Roland Martin talks to Vice Chairwoman of the National Democratic Committee, Donna Brazille about the 10 year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and what has happened in the city since then.

“It’s been a bittersweet memory for both of us. So many of our fellow citizens, not just in New Orleans, but the entire Gulf Coast. People are still trying to get back home. 1 million people displaced and 250,000 were displaced,” Brazille said.
